Return and Exchange Policy
Our return policy covers all regular priced items and is valid for 7 days from date of purchase. Returns are only accepted for defective items.To be eligible for return, the item must be unused, in its original conditions with original packaging intact.
We do not accept return on sale and promotional items as well as returns of regular priced items beyond the stipulated time period.
If you meet the above criteria and would like to apply for a return, please contact Ms. Bonnie Yen at 017-312 3178. We will provide the return instruction to you. Return postage cost is to be borne by buyer and it is non-refundable. Exchange will only be processed upon received of the original item. Once your return is receipt and inspected, we will notify you the outcome of our decision. By default, you will be provided with an exchange of the returned product.
Refund Policy
A refund of the amount paid for the original items will only be issued if your returned item is out of stock. Postage cost is non-refundable. If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 21 working days. Please contact us if you have not received your refund after 21 working days in your provided bank account.
